The Three Phases We Provide:
Rough Cleaning (after framing, rough-in, and drywall) - Removal of stickers, labels, and construction debris - Sweeping and shop-vacuuming of all surfaces - Initial dust knockdown on walls, ceilings, and beams - Clearing of trash, packaging, and discarded materials
Final (Fine) Cleaning (after paint, trim, and fixtures) - Detailed dusting of all surfaces, including vents, fixtures, and trim - Cleaning of windows, frames, sills, and tracks - Wiping and polishing of cabinets, counters, and millwork - Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchens - Vacuuming, mopping, and finishing of all flooring - Removal of paint splatters, adhesive residue, and smudges
Touch-Up (Punch-List) Cleaning (pre-walkthrough or pre-handover) - Final detail pass on high-visibility surfaces - Re-cleaning of areas affected by trades after final clean - Glass, mirror, and stainless-steel polish - Move-in–ready presentation
